Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whole egg mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons tomato sauce

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

400g medium cooked prawns
-
1/2 small iceberg lettuce, thickly shredded

1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh chives

Lemon slices, to serve
Method

Place mayonnaise, sour cream, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce in a small bowl. Stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel and devein prawns (see note). Divide lettuce between 6 serving dishes. Top with prawns. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with mayonnaise mixture and lemon slices.
